Surrender to the present moment.

I'm Rob. I build things, I make things, and I like meeting people who do the same.

What I'm building

Two brands, one job: help families get their affairs in order before it's too late.

What I've come to believe

The most successful people I know aren't the happiest. The happiest ones mastered something else.

1

Surrender first

There's always wisdom around us if we let it happen. The more I let go of forcing the outcome, the easier the insights come. They feel like downloads.

2

Keep showing up

Letting go isn't sitting still. It's the boring work when nobody's looking that turns into the "overnight success" later.

3

Love the making

Show up and create because you love it. The validation comes and goes. The making is the part you get to keep.

If any of this lands, read The Creative Act by Rick Rubin. It says it better than I can.

How I got here

Shy kid, hated the corporate ladder, chose to build instead.

I spent years chasing achievements and tying how I felt to how the numbers looked that month. Good month, happy for a second. Bad month, not so much.

Before estate planning I was an affiliate marketer. I drove millions in revenue for some of the biggest bed-in-a-box mattress companies, including one that ended up selling for more than a billion dollars. Now I work on something I actually care about: families who never got around to the paperwork, and the attorneys who help them finish it.

Somewhere along the way I stopped forcing everything. Life got lighter, and strangely, more got done.

Say hi

I like meeting people who build, create, and think out loud.

If any of this sounds like you, my DMs are open.
